In 2019, I attended Layer Lemonade’s Character Animation Expert Course taught by the awesome Nat Okimoto.

We learned how to use DUIK as a tool for rigging in After Effects, the animation principles, cycles (walk, run), facial expressions with controllers, lip sync and much more.

For the final project, we were given the freedom to choose any theme to animate, as long as we applied at least 2 different concepts / techniques learned during the course.

Since I like the concept of time itself, I chose the following:

A woman realizes she’s late for work but she’s stuck in a time loop.
